How long it takes
We process your order in 1-3 business days. Transit to your door then takes 7-14 business days.
Orders ship from our overseas warehouse. That's how we keep the price well below retail, and it's also why we're slower than a same-week marketplace. We'd rather tell you that before you buy than after.

We currently ship within the United States only.
Duties and taxes
Import duties are included in the price you see. The carrier will not ask you for anything on delivery — no customs bill, no brokerage fee, no surprise at the door.
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, as required by your state.
If we're running late
Under the FTC's Mail Order Rule, if we can't ship within the time we promised, you have the right to cancel and get a full refund. We'll email you before that point, not after, and you choose: wait, or get your money back.
Tracking
You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as the package leaves the warehouse. You can also check it on our order tracking page.
