Who we are
Biutihome is a small home decor shop. We carry very few products and we test them before we list them — we'd rather stand behind a short catalog than run an endless one we can't answer for.
How we work
We work directly with manufacturers and ship from the production warehouse. That means two things, and we'll say both:
- The price is well below traditional retail, because there's no storefront and no middleman in between.
- Delivery takes longer: 7-14 business days. We don't compete with two-day shipping and we're not going to pretend otherwise.
We'd rather you know that before you order than be surprised after. That's why the delivery window is on the product page, on the shipping page, and in the FAQ.
What we commit to
- 30 days to return it, for any reason. For most orders we refund without asking you to ship it back.
- Duties included. The price you see is the price you pay. Nothing owed to the carrier at your door.
- A one-year limited warranty on defects in materials and workmanship.
- A person answers your email, usually within one business day.
- Delivery windows we honor. Past the window, you pick: reship or full refund.
What we don't do
We don't post reviews that didn't come from real customers. We don't run fake scarcity counters or “only 3 left” when it isn't true. And we don't show a strikethrough price we never actually charged.
If you ever see something on this site that breaks that, email us and we'll fix it.
