30-day returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return your order for a refund, for any reason or none at all.
To be straight with you: there's no federal law in the U.S. that requires an online store to accept returns. This is our policy, not a legal minimum — which is exactly why we put it in writing here.
How to return something
- Email us through the contact form with your order number.
- We'll reply with instructions within one business day.
- For most orders we'll issue the refund without asking you to ship anything back — return freight on a low-cost item costs more than the item. Keep it, give it away, or recycle it.
Your refund
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.
Damaged or wrong item
Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll ship a replacement or refund you in full, your choice. You won't be asked to return the damaged item and you won't pay shipping either way.
Limited warranty
Biutihome warrants that this product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of delivery. This is a Limited Warranty under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.
What we'll do: if the product fails under normal indoor use within the warranty period, we will replace it or refund the purchase price, at our option, at no cost to you.
What isn't covered: normal wear of the adhesive backing, damage from outdoor use, damage from improper installation or removal, cosmetic damage that doesn't affect function, and depleted batteries (batteries are consumable).
How to claim: email us through the contact form with your order number and a description of the problem. No registration or receipt beyond your order number is required.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Battery safety
WARNING — BUTTON BATTERY HAZARD. This product contains button cell batteries. Swallowing a button cell battery can cause severe internal burns and death in as little as two hours. Keep new and used batteries out of reach of children. If you suspect a battery has been swallowed or placed inside any part of the body, seek immediate medical attention. In the U.S., call the National Battery Ingestion Hotline at 800-498-8666.
